How do I book a rental or package?

You can fill out our booking form directly on our website ( BOOK NOW tab) or message us on Instagram or Facebook. Once we confirm your date and availability, we’ll send over an invoice and contract to secure your booking. If you have not heard back within 48 hours, please email us at Royalrentals1@gmail.com

Is a deposit required to secure my date?

Yes, a $150 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your date. Your booking isn’t confirmed until the deposit and signed contract are received. Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE but can be put towards future bookings if event is canceled.

When is the remaining balance due?

The remaining balance is due no later than 24 hours before setup. Bookings must be fully paid before your rental is delivered.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept E- transfer, Cash,  and all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

Can I get a refund if my event in canceled ?

Deposits are non-refundable as they secure your rental date and block off inventory for your event. However, if you need to cancel or reschedule, your $150 deposit can be transferred to a new date within the same calendar year if you provide at least 72 hours’ notice. We’ll always do our best to accommodate changes due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.

How long is the rental period?

Our standard rental period is up to 5 hours, which includes setup and takedown. If you’d like to keep your rental longer, extra hours can be added for $50/hour for soft play set ups, or you can book a full day rental for an additional fee.

Can i decorate the bounce house?

Yes! You’re welcome to decorate your bounce house with balloons, banners, or signage — we even have loops at the top to help with setup. Please avoid using tape, glue, or sharp materials that could damage the castle. We also offer custom balloon garlands and themed add-ons if you’d like us to take care of the styling for you.

What areas do you service?

We proudly serve Brandon, Shilo, and surrounding areas — including Carberry, Souris, and Wawanesa. Delivery within Brandon and Shilo is included with all rentals. A small travel fee may apply for events outside this area, depending on distance and setup requirements.

How long is set up and tear down?

Setup typically takes 30–60 minutes, depending on your package size and location. Teardown usually takes about the same amount of time. We handle everything from delivery to full setup and takedown, so all you have to do is enjoy your event!

Is the equipment cleaned before my event?

Absolutely! All of our equipment is deep cleaned, sanitized, and disinfected after every single rental. We take pride in providing spotless, safe, and photo-worthy setups for every client.

What safety rules should i be aware of?

Safety is our top priority. Please ensure:

  • No shoes, food, drinks, or face paint inside the bounce houses or soft play areas.

  • Adult supervision is required at all times during play.

  • Please keep sharp objects, pets, and toys with hard edges away from the setup.

  • Only children within the age range for soft play should use that area.

We provide a full list of safety guidelines upon booking to make sure your event runs smoothly and safely.

What happens if it rains or is too windy?

Your safety always comes first. If the forecast calls for rain, strong wind (over 25 km/h), or thunderstorms, we’ll work with you to reschedule your event to another available date. For outdoor events, you are responsible for having an indoor backup location in case of poor weather. We do not offer refunds for cancellations due to weather; however, we’ll always do our best to reschedule and accommodate your event on a new date that works for you. If the weather changes suddenly during your event, please unplug the blower and stop use immediately until it’s safe to continue. Our castles and soft-play setups are not safe for use in wet or windy conditions.
